2018 was our inaugural sailing season; our proof of concept; the solo album. When we started ChicaGo by Boat we began with the motto that, "Whether it's your first time, only time, or just the next time; we want your sailing experience with us to be the best time you have this Summer."
Which is to say, we pride ourselves in the value of our product and the consistent level of service that we provide all of our guests. To achieve a high level of service, we start by reflecting on our limitations. We use those limitations to set concise and honest expectations on what we can provide our guests.
So, if at any point before, during, or after your charter you are not having the best time; we ask for and appreciate your timely and specific feedback. This will help ensure the the quality of experience for future guests and give us the opportunity to provide you with the experience that you expected and that we intended. If we are unable to service your group for any reason, we are always willing to refer you to another business that might better accommodate your specific needs.
